A wood machine is only worth what happens after the sale. The workshop, the parts stock and the technicians are in France: that is the difference between three days out of action and three weeks.
Workshop and technicians in France
Every machine is checked before it ships, and repairs are carried out in our own workshop. You talk to someone who has the machine in front of them, not to a call centre that passes the message on.
Spare parts in stock
Wear parts — blades, guides, chains, splitting knives, hoses, filters — are held in stock. An order placed in the morning ships the same day when the part is available.
Two-year warranty
All our machines carry a two-year parts warranty. It covers manufacturing and material defects, provided the machine is used as described in the manual and properly maintained.
Extended warranty for professionals
For intensive use, an extended warranty is offered with the quote. It is aimed at forestry contractors, agricultural contractors and public authorities whose machine runs all year.
What helps us move fast
The model, the serial number and a photo of the part concerned are usually enough to identify the reference and ship it without back-and-forth.
