The RS360G is the production sawmill of the series. Its 4576 mm blade with 208 carbide teeth works through 910 mm logs over almost five metres, with automatic lubrication, an adjustable blade guide and a quick-lock log clamp. The frame splits into four sections to move between sites.
Who it is for
For contract sawyers, forestry contractors and carpenters milling week in, week out, for whom downtime costs more than the machine.
In practice
On structural beams or cladding in series, the difference is in the details: automatic lubrication keeps the blade tracking straight for longer, and the quick clamp saves a few minutes on every log. Over a day, that is one more pass.

Blade sharpener
A blade is sharpened several times before it is replaced. The sharpener pays for itself by the second season on a mill in regular use.
Track extension
Extends milling capacity beyond the standard length. It fits and comes apart like the other frame sections.
Winch and log turner
Load and turn a log without carrying it. On large timber, this decides whether a mill is a one-person or a two-person job.
