The WoodMax E30 is the electric production model: 15 kW three-phase, 30 tonnes of splitting force, a six-second cycle and a 50 L/min pump on a 40-litre tank. The 11.5 cm ram and 23 cm hydraulic lift take 50 cm billets with no manual handling.

For firewood production in a fixed workshop, where the station stays put and three-phase power is available.

In practice

In a fixed position over a full season, the running-cost gap against a petrol engine runs into thousands. The 3.5 m conveyor and the multifunction joystick let one operator hold the pace.
