The WoodMax 30T steps up on every count: Honda GX630 with electric start, 60 cm chainsaw bar turning at 10,000 rpm, 30-tonne splitter with 4, 6 or 8 way knife, 3.5 m conveyor. The controls sit together on one joystick.

For firewood producers who deliver, agricultural contractors and public authorities: a machine sized to run several days a week.

In practice

On knotty 50 cm oak, 30 tonnes go through where 20 stall. The real gain is elsewhere: the 1.8 m hydraulic infeed means you never carry a billet, and over a full day it is the operator's back that sets output.
